課程目標：

專案管理，是指在專案活動中運用專門的知識、技能、工具和方法，它使專案能夠實現或超過專案利益所有人的需要和期望。

本課程提供商管及理工博、碩士生的專案管理理論基礎，並能於實務上應用為教學目標。

本課程所用教材號稱專案管理的聖經，並與專案管理師 (PMP) 證照考試用的最新版PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) 接軌。

課程進行方式、課程要求及評分標準：

利用投影機及板書 (任課教師已取得英文版POWEROINT檔)、學生抄寫筆記、閱讀課本、書面及電腦習作、師生交叉發問等方式進行。

評分標準：上課出席率及討論（30%）、作業練習（20%）、期中計畫書（20%）、期末口頭及書面報告（30%）
